Rules Modeling

The rules modeler is the tool that allows defining the business logic within an application, either by creating advanced rules or integration rules. The former may involve validations, calculations, data transformations, or other actions that are part of the functional behavior of the application, while the latter allow it to be connected with other external applications.

The rules are developed using different adapters which facilitate their configuration and execution, without the need to write complex code. This allows developers to define the required logic without worrying about the inherent complexity of communication.

Rules modeling incorporates Diana, the AI-powered conversational assistant of Deyel, that can guide the modeler user in creating rules using natural language, interpreting the request and generating the necessary code.

In this way, the modeler user can alternate between traditional modeling and AI-assisted modeling, using the path that is most convenient for each stage of development.
