Deyel
End User
•Accesses the users portal, where they find the tools which allow them to initiate cases, show the state of the cases they have initiated, show their pending tasks list and execute them, use the courier, etc.
•Uses forms to administer business entities, being able to show or modify each entity according to the access right they have on the entity.
Agile Modeler
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•Uses the assistant of forms modeling to build, document and implement the forms, processes and business entities of the organization.
•Defines roles and parameterization entities.
•Defines business rules to include logic in their processes.
•Uses tools to export/import their models and information of the environment.
Deyel Developer
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•Uses tools of graphical processes modeling and forms to build, document and implement the process and business entities of the organization.
•Defines roles, agents and parameterization entities.
•Implements more complex business logic using assistants that allow them to incorporate Java components.
•Implements the integration with other applications or external data bases.
•Implements behavior or more complex validations to the forms, using the advanced edition of scripting.
•Uses tools to export/import their models and information of the environment.
Tester
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•Has tools that allow they to define and maintain the test plans of the different processes, record individual test cases and define random scenarios.
•Uses tools to automate the execution of the test plans and monitors the results.
BAM
•User of BAM module of Deyel.
Guest in Tedis
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•It is used to limit the capacities of use of this collaborative platform.
A guest user can participate in conversations, but not initiate them.
Security Administrator
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•It has tools that allow them to administer the organizational structure, the users and the roles they play.
•It can define functions and security permits and assign them to the users and roles.
Adapter Manager of Twitter Integration
•Allows to configure the adapter of integration with Twitter
Administrator
•Includes the feature of the end user.
•Uses tools to configure:
- The properties of the installation (DB connection, integration with mail server, etc.).
- The use and upgrade of cache memories.
- The parameterization entities of Deyel.
- Holiday calendars and particular dates
- Glossaries
•Uses habitually the following features:
- Monitoring and reboot of programmed tasks.
- Events console and logs.
- System log download.
- Execution of tuning tools, such as case debugging.
- Tools to export/import information of the environment.
Environment Configuration
•It only allows entry to the environment configuration.
Total Access
•Access to all the functions of Deyel.
Global
Account Manager
Allows to identify the user that performs as " Account Manager".
This is a protected security permit, that cannot be removed from the installation or modified.
Only a user can have this security permit assigned.. This is controlled in the creation and in the modification of users.
In On-Premise installations, this permit can be assigned or removed from a user by the security administrator.
In Cloud installations, you must use the site of Deyel to change the user that performs as " Account Manager".
Besides, this permit cannot be assigned to roles or job positions.
Groups all the security functionsof modeling and of use of the objects, giving agility to the assignment of permits particularly at the moment of creating objects.
Every object created, has its security functions assigned to this permit.
CRM
Seller
•Includes the feature of the end user of Deyel, without access to agile forms.
•Includes access permits for CRM sellers.
Sales Manager
•Includes the feature of the end user of Deyel.
•Includes access permits for CRM sales managers.
Administrator
•Includes the feature of the end user of Deyel.
•Includes access permits for administration functions of Security and of CRM.
