An access permits is an entity that groups security functions.

 

Each user has assigned one or more security permits, that indicate which functions can they execute within the application. This way, the operations that a user can execute are determined by the access permits that they have assigned.

Properties

 

Descriptive Name

Complete name of the permit. This text is the one visualized on the permits grid.

 

Name

It is an abbreviated or reduced name. It is used when referring to the permit in an error message or in any mention that needs to abbreviate the descriptive name. This property does not admit blank spaces.

 

Application

Defines the application the permit belongs to, through the selection of a list of available applications. The permit is made up of security functions of such application.

The licensed applications are included in such list only if the use license of the application is current in the environment.

Permits that belong to licensed applications, can only be assigned to users that have user license of such application.

 

Any permit can contain security functions of the application Deyel.

Any permit of the application Deyel can contain Global security functions.

 

Description

Details the information about the permit, extending what is expressed in the property Descriptive Name.

Allows to enter a description of the facilities that the permit grants, without analyzing in detail the list of authorized functions.

 

Functions

Panel in which the set of security functions is defined which are authorized by the permit, they are visualized with the defined hierarchical structure.

 

Search

On top of the panel it is visualized a bar of search of functions, from where filters can be applied to the functions name to reduce the list.

The icon C00059~1_img1  allows to delete the defined selection criteria and all lines on the panel are displayed again without highlighting.

 

View only included functions

When checking this property, only those included in the permit are displayed in the security functions panel.

Reduces the hierarchical structure of the security functions only to higher- level ones.
