Browsing

The Website does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when You browse the Website and request pages from our servers. Information we Collected

Most of the Products and Services offered to visitors to the Website require that You register a user account with Optaris ("User Account"). When registering for a User Account, Optaris will ask You to voluntarily provide certain information about yourself by completing and submitting an online form. Such information may include your first name, last name, telephone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and postal address of the company and individual; This information will be stored in AWS (Amazon Web Services). It is completely optional for You to register a User Account or participate in activities that require a User Account.

When ordering Products and Services through the Website, You may be required to provide a credit card number, an account, and/or billing and shipping information that enables the completion of the transaction. The information above is collected and processed by online payment services, including but not limited to business account services, which we may use for payment processing, including automatic subscription renewals. Also, as noted below, You are required to provide the minimum information if You choose to subscribe to product updates.

You never have to answer questions, and You can decline this exchange of information at any time. However, if You choose not to provide the requested information, we may not be able to provide You with some or all of the Products and Services. When You submit personal information to Optaris through the Website, You understand and agree that this information may be transferred across international borders and may be stored and processed in any of the countries where Optaris has virtual servers (Optaris operates 100% of its infrastructure on AWS). You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transfer, storage and processing of your information may be done by reliable Optaris providers. Such providers are contractually bound not to use your personal information for their own purposes or to provide it to third parties.

Optaris may establish relationships with various service providers, whose services may be available to You through the Website or through other Websites that are linked to the Website. These providers will generally offer services that Optaris customers may find useful, such as those that may be used in conjunction with Optaris Products and Services. To use these third-party services, You may need to provide personal information to those third-party providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the personal information that You provide while visiting a provider's Website will be subject to the Privacy Policy posted on that site, and the personal information that You provide while on this Website together with the service of a provider will be subject to its Privacy Policy. Records

Optaris collects and stores the files that you upload, download or access through the Products and Services offered through the Website. We understand that these files may be confidential or contain confidential information. Consequently, Optaris does not share or allow third parties to access such files.

User Account

As described above, you will be given the opportunity to create a User Account containing your personal information. A User account is required to use most of the Products and Services offered on the Website. Once the User account has been created, You will be able to access, review and update your information in the User Account online on the Website.

If You wish to deactivate your User Account, You can do so through the User Account interface or by contacting Optaris at hola@optaris.com.

When You deactivate your User Account, all information stored and maintained as part of your account will be deleted from our servers, including files stored through the Website or its Products and Services. The archived backup of your data will be deleted during the next Optaris backup cycle.

If You create an account, then You have the right to access and change your personal information and privacy preferences at any time by logging into your User Account, where You can view and make changes to personal information. You can also access and change your personal information and privacy preferences by contacting us at privacy@optaris.com.

Ensuring the Transmission and Storage of Information

Optaris is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information. Optaris operates secure data networks that are protected by standard firewalls and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and improved as necessary, and only authorized persons have access to the information provided by our users. Optaris takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We work hard to protect Optaris and our clients from unauthorized access or alterations, unauthorized disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:
