Improvements
File Type Fields in Form Grids
Form grids incorporate file-type fields in their columns, this allows files to be downloaded from the grid line, without the need to access the instance.
You can also include them as filters, allowing you to retrieve form instances based on file names that are attached to the fields.
Highlights
- It will be very easy for you to search and download attached files in the form fields since you will have direct access to downloading files from the grid, without having to show the instances to retrieve the required file.
- You will be able to search for instances based on the name of an attached file, either by filtering by the full or partial file name.
- If you use the facility to download form instances from the grid to an Excel spreadsheet, you will see the name of each file in the grid columns if there are file type modeled fields.
Large Volume Files Shared by Email
Sharing large volume files in the emails you send from Deyel is possible! In addition to being able to attach high-resolution videos, documents or images in the form fields, you can send references to these files in the emails you send from Deyel.
Highlights
- The limit on the number of files or the size of the files to be sent disappears. Normally email servers set limits but if you send your emails through Deyel, the files are attached as links to the body of your email, without any quantity or size restrictions.
- Users who receive these emails will be able to download the files without having to be Deyel users.
Page Modeler with New Functionalities
The page modeler extends its functionality so that you can design your custom interfaces easily and without incorporating code lines.
From the modeler you will have the facility to use the embedded rules, which you already know from the form modeler, in rules of required nature, visibility, editability, validation and calculation of the elements of the pages, all through the use of expressions and without coding.
You will also be able to incorporate video display into your pages, the use of date, time and rich text fields, as well as finding improvements in layer management, access with your Google account and the possibility of using Tedis chats.
Highlights
- You will be able to model your pages incorporating embedded rules that allow you to compare elements, variables or parameters, using Deyel functions or advanced rules and you will also be able to check if the elements are editable or visible.
- By using the layers you will be able to display the hierarchical tree of the elements of a page by name or identifier, being able to perform searches, even of the non-visible elements and also see if the elements have embedded rules modeled.
- You will have the possibility to create fields of type date, date and time, and date in your pages. You can give them initial values, add placeholders and use them in embedded rules.
- It is possible to access using your Google account, to a page modeled with Deyel.
- Tedis chats are available so that you can model their use within your pages.
