Phase 7: BAM > Process monitoring
In this report, the current workload can be analyzed, considering the distribution of cases by process.
For each process, it also shows how many cases are on time, how many at risk and how many are behind schedule.
The information can be displayed by applying the search filters shown in the upper section of the report.
