Documentation 8.5

Deyel incorporates an administration dashboard to monitor the state of the environment.

The dashboard can show the health checks carried out automatically every 30 seconds, whether their result was correct or not and the response time of the environment, which allows to monitor its health.

Health checks can be filtered by date and time of checking, or  by their state.

TD-HealthDashboard-001

The dashboard displays:

a grid with health checks (Healthchecks) from the last 30 days

notifications related to the environment

events that occurred

updates from Deyel

Dashboard Access

The dashboard is available for all Deyel Cloud environments and can be accessed with the following URL:

Ÿhttps://portal.deyel.com/pages/health?environment=NAME-ENVIRONMENT

Replace NAME-ENVIRONMENT with the name of the environment being shown.

For example, myservice.deyel.com is accessed as follows:

For the production environment: https://portal.deyel.com/pages/health?environment=myservice

For the testing environment: https://portal.deyel.com/pages/health?environment=myservicetes

For the development environment: https://portal.deyel.com/pages/health?environment=myservicedev

Health Check Grid

The check results are displayed in the grid, they are ordered by date and time in descending order, also their state and the time it took to complete the check.

If the response time for a check is greater than 250 milliseconds, the state is “ERROR”; otherwise, it is “OK”.

As checks are carried out every 30 seconds, the icon iconoReload can be used to update the grid.

The results can be filtered by date and time or by state, and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the icon CM0060~1_img2 assigned.

Notifications, Events, News

Version update or maintenance task notices are displayed in the notifications grid.

Version updates are carried out automatically and do not affect the operation of the environment.

Since scheduled tasks may require downtime for the environment, advance notice will be provided.

The updates made and the results of the maintenance tasks executed are displayed in the events grid.

In the news grid of Deyel examples of use of Deyel, information on new versions or featured functionality and success stories can be displayed.
